A word about garlic...I do happen to cook with a lot of garlic & lucky for me I have an amazing friend that is a garlic farmer!! I have been getting 100 clove braids of organic garlic from my friend Susan at Mud Road Farm in Johnstown for years now & wouldn't use anything else, it's the best & freshest ever!!!  Thanks Susan & Johnny
